The Bailey Foundation
The Bailey Foundation's valued partnership with UALR includes financial support, community service initiatives, and leadership on numerous boards and committees. The Baileys served on UALR's Board of Visitors, Foundation Fund Board and founded Friends of the Arts and the Society of Philanthropy.
In addition to sponsoring the Faculty Excellence Award in Teaching, the Baileys also financed the new alumni center at UALR that is named for them. UALR is better able to support its mission thanks to the Bailey's generosity. UALR joined the region in mourning last year's loss of our valued friend, Virginia Mitchell Bailey.
Bank of America
The Bank of America Foundation focuses its resources on helping children and families succeed in life and helping neighborhoods flourish. Bank of America is a major contributor to the Donald W. Reynolds Center for Business and Economic Development at UALR, helping the University secure the needed matching funds from the Reynolds Foundation. Over the years, Bank of America has also supported the Trojan Foundation, the Trojan Education and Scholarship Fund, and the Friday Sturgis Leadership Program.
PepsiAmericas
Pepsi is in its second year of an exclusive seven-year agreement providing soft drinks and other beverages to the UALR campus. Pepsi continues to provide significant annual support for athletics, student services, and scholarships. This support includes non-traditional student scholarships, the Staff Senate Helping Hands Project, and the annual Faculty Excellence Awards.
