DingDang Write let you listen as well as reading Chinese file. It is a standard Windows application aimed primarily to people who is interested to read and write Chinese. It uses OLE so that you can imbed Chinese text into other Windows applications such as WordPad.

DingDang Speak is designed primarily for Windows 3.1. It can speaks Chinese using your PC speakers as well. It dose not support OLE.
