9• Preventive Exams - In order to encourage prevention of disease, preventive exams are encouraged as recommended by generally accepted guidelines. Preventive exams include physicals, mammograms, pap smears, dental, or PSA's. You will be asked to document the date and name of the physician performing the exam. (5 Trojan Points per exam)
