Fit Well Class Schedule for Spring 2007

The following group fitness programs are available every week. The classes are held in Fitness Center Activity Room 2. They are free to all faculty and staff.

    Strength Training 12:15-1:15   Water Exercise 12:15-1:15
    Kickboxing 6:00-7:00   Pilates 5:15-6:00
          Hip/Hop Cardio 6:00-7:00
    Tuesday:        
    Yoga 11:15-12:15   Friday:  
    Water Exercise 12:15-1:15   Yoga 12:15-1:15
    Step 5:30-6:30      
          Saturday:  
    Wednesday:     Step 12:30-1:30
    Strength Training 12:15-1:15      
    Ramping 6:00-7:00   Sunday:  
          Pilates 4:30-5:30
