This Fry-day, host Ben Fry tries to remember all the ingredients required for an Alfred Hitchcock suspense classic when he serves up The 39 Steps. Ben explains how Hitchcock incorporated a MacGuffin in his movies as well as a long list of other ingredients. Airs Fry-day May 28th at 8 pm and Sunday May 30th at 11 am.
UALR, Little Rock and North Little Rock will join 50 other metropolitan areas across the U.S. in hosting celebrations to commemorate the bicentennial of Mexico’s Independence and the centennial of its 1910 Mexican Revolution.
The Mexican Consulate in Little Rock has partnered with UALR and cities of Little Rock and North Little Rock and the Clinton Foundation to coordinate a wide range of educational and cultural events.
The plans were unveiled May 5th at the Clinton Presidential Center.

So What is Art? That’s the topic for this segments Inside Art. UALR Gallery Director Brad Cushman talks with contemporary artist Jerry Phillips about what makes an object a piece of art. The backdrop is Phillips’ exhibit Into Thin Air that was on display last fall in the UALR gallery.
