WebCT Development Shell Request Form

Note: This form is for faculty who are working on WebCT courses for upcoming semesters. Course shells for the current semester are created automatically. There is no need to request a course shell if you are a student or if you are an instructor teaching the class during the current semester.

After completing the form, you will be prompted to enter your UALR Facstaff username and password. Please enter your username with the facstaff\ appended on the front. For example 'facstaff\xxxxxx'. Your password is your Facstaff password.
