The Postsecondary Education Consortium (PEC) is one of four regional
centers that make up PEPNet, the Postsecondary Education Programs
Network whose goal is to assist postsecondary institutions across
the nation to attract and effectively serve individuals who are Deaf
and Hard of Hearing. The centers are supported by contracts with
the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and
Rehabilitative Services.
