Organized, hard-working and self-motivated Information Technology (IT) professional with almost ten years experience in financial institutions. Solid expertise in IT projects management, software quality assurance, software analysis and development. Skilled and diverse background in user training, operation management and problems solving. Demonstrating ability to work in one-to-one and project team environments. Commitment to the workplace.
Motivated by understanding of how users of information systems evaluate quality, enrolled in the doctoral program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Studying this issue in the context of the e-commerce, two themes were tested:
The first theme focuses on dimensions of Web-based
service quality. The second theme focuses on the behavioral consequences of the
Web quality that affect user loyalty. Research questions were explored by
adopting marketing methodologies and using multivariate statistical methods.
