Physics Topic Two:  Current Balance
The interesting and Important properties of this device, it allows one to tie together the 3 basic units.  That is by means of this device, one can link current and charge to distances, mass and time.   (more as I get this framework backtogether.--Ask me in lab or class and I will explain, this is the purpose of this site.  )
