Rodney Parham, 72227, phone 501-225-3274.  Morning and afternoon sessions will be held on Saturday, March 1, 10:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the Darragh Center auditorium, Main Library (Central Arkansas Library System), 100 Rock Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201.   Coffee and light snacks will be provided, but lunch is on your own at restaurants near the Main Library and the Clinton Presidential Center.
