In this in-depth CBS News program, the volatile issues surrounding pornography are explored through Larry Flynt’s odyssey to the U.S. Supreme Court, Andrea Dworkin’s fight to have pornography banned, and the personal accounts of other women and men whose lives have been impacted by this potentially damaging medium.

Women’s History Month: “Diva Diction”

March 24, 2005–A slam-poet trio, Bassey, Ishle Park, and Amelia Ortiz are three of the most powerful female poets on page and on stage.  All three compete in the National Poetry Slam, as well as appear on Russell Simmons Presents Def Poetry on HBO. Standing as a triple threat, these women definitely stained the ears.  Their female essence left the audience refined and refreshed.

He’s Just NOT That Into You

February 10, 2005–This program was for all the women who were tired of being continuously disappointed and/or confused by the behavior of men. It was a liberating session on the “No excuses truth to understanding guys!” based on the #1 New York Times best-seller, He’s Just Not That Into You by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, contributing writers to the mega-hit, “Sex and the City.” Just in time for Valentine’s Day, we helped free you from the chains of one-sided and unfulfilling relationships!  When you finally get rid of the losers, you can move on and focus on yourself and find someone who loves you for the FABULOUS woman you are!! The first fifty participants received free copies of the book.
