Maximizing the Window
Click and drag on the far bottom right corner of the MS Word window.
Double Space
Select the Format pull-down menu at the top
Select Paragragh.
Select Double from the Line Spacing pull-down menu at the bottom
right corner.
Print Preview
Select the File pull-down menu at the top left corner
Select Print Preview.
Printing
Select the File pull-down menu at the top left corner.
Select Print.
Press the OK button to print one copy.

Saving To A Disk
If it is the first time to save the document:
Select the File pull-down menu at the top left corner.
Select Save or Save As..
Locate your document (if you can't find it, ask the Writing Center
staff on site).
Type a file name in the File Name Field.
Click the Save button.
Press Apple S (the key on the bottom that has an apple on it,
and the letter S) every few minutes to save changes.)
Saving changes
/ Overwriting:
Select the File pull-down menu at the top left corner.
Select Save.
Locate your document (if you can't find it, ask the Writing Center
staff on site).
Type a file name in the File Name Field.
Click the Save button.
Saving As Another
File:
Select the File pull-down menu at the top left corner.
Select Save.
Locate your document (if you can't find it, ask the Writing Center
staff on site).
Type a file name in the File Name Field.
Click the Save button.
Spell Check
Click the Tools pull-down menu.
Select Spelling and Grammar

Inserting MS Word
Clipart:
Click the Insert pull-down menu.
Select Picture/Clip Art
Select the Category and image.
Inserting Custom
Graphics:
Click the Insert pull-down menu.
Select Picture/From File
Locate your graphic.
