Join us for a special “Open to the Public” Nursing Information Session held at the UALR Benton Campus on Tuesday, September 27 at 6:00 p.m.  During this session we will discuss the basics of the nursing career field and career options.  We will also discuss nursing school, required general education courses, time of completion, RN licensing, nursing coursework, standardized tests, clinicals, transfer credits, etc.  Faculty will be on hand to meet individually with students to go over transcripts and advise. 

The UALR Benton campus is located at 410 River Street, Benton, AR 72015.  Nursing students are eligible to take the first year of nursing coursework and most of the required general education credits in Benton along with clinical rotations at Saline Memorial and other healthcare facilities in Saline County.
