The Festival will be held in the Fine Arts Building at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock on Saturday, March 7, 2009. The Festival will be limited to the first 80 applicants decided by postmark. All students will participate in a preliminary round during the morning. Selected students will participate in a semi-final round at 2:30 pm. The first place finishers will perform at 4:00 pm in the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall. Contestants will be notified when to appear for the preliminary round.
