Student Opportunities & Careers
There are many wonderful opportunities for students via the Middle Eastern Studies Program! In addition to courses, our program has a very active campus lecture series in Middle Eastern history, politics, culture, literature and more. We also have on-campus cultural programs such as an annual film festival, Middle Eastern cultures party, and celebrations for Passover, Hannukkah, and Ramadan. Our program is also active internationally, with students traveling for research and language study to countries all over the Middle East! Check out our opportunities for faculty and student grants. For more information, contact the Middle Eastern Studies Program faculty or talk to one of our current minors!
