Topic of interest: College sports coaches facing communication difficulties when trying to motivate and get their point across to their players.

Central Question that drives this Project: How are coaches able to motivate their players, so that they can achieve their best performance?

Introductory Remarks

My name is Juancarlos Nunez. I am conducting a series of interviews for a project based on the challenges that coaches face when trying to communicate and build a relationship with their players. I will start by asking you some basic questions about your beginnings as a coach. Later, I’ll inquire about the responsibilities that you feel that you have as a coach. The core of the interview will be about the communication challenges that you have to deal with, and how you motivate and get your players on your side. Please understand that my questions may be personal. You have the right to refuse answering questions that you feel uncomfortable with. You may also stop the interview at any time you want.
