- Freedom of Information (FOI)
- This policy details the manner in which the University is in compliance with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act codified at ACA 25-19-108.
- Network Security
- Connecting to the University network assumes compliance with the network security policy, including user rights, responsibilities, privileges, and access.
- Privacy
- Records generated or held by the University are subject to the protections and legal disclosure rules discussed in the privacy policy.
- Surplus Disposal
In order to achieve the maximum benefits from IT equipment, protect the public health, safety, and environment, the University policy on surplus disposal implements the guidelines enacted in Act 1410 by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas in 2001.
Forms related to this policy include:
- M & R (Marketing and Redistribution)
- Hard Drive Deconstruction Certification
