International Undergraduate Post Baccalaureate Students
Apply online by going to the following website: apply.ualr.edu. Please fill in every box that has a red star beside it. Write down and remember your security questions on the third screen (if perhaps you have to stop in the middle of the application, or need to change something on the application at a later date). It is important to use a valid email address. You will be sent an email reminder with your security information as well as an email upon completion of your application. It is important that you print out and keep your Student ID number that is given to you at the end of the application.
To successfully complete your application to UALR, please submit the following:
Required for the issuance of an I-20:
1. A non-refundable U.S. $40.00 application fee (please make checks payable to UALR).
2. Demonstrate proof of English proficiency in one of these ways:

Completed and signed certification of href=”http://ualr.edu/international/index.php/home/faq/#financial-support” mce_href=”http://ualr.edu/international/index.php/home/faq/#financial-support” >Financial Support for at least U.S. $22,000.00 with attached documentation (examples include: bank statements, letter of sponsorship, scholarship letters, etc.).
4. Official University-level transcripts (international or domestic) with proof of graduation at the bachelor’s level.
OIS strongly encourages all new International students receive required immunizations before they arrive if beginning during the Fall 2011 semester. Please click here for more information.
Required to complete your application to UALR (may be submitted upon arrival):
1. Copy of Visa (may be submitted to OIS after arriving to the U.S.).
2. Proof of immunization (obtained at Health Services at UALR after arrival to UALR unless processed prior to arrival).
