Step Five: Choose Major and Minor from drop down menu

Option 1: Health Science Major with emphasis in Community Health Promotions

Major = HSCI / Com Hlth Pro

Minor = none

Option 2: General Health Science Major

Major = Health Sciences

Minor = your choice

Option 3: Health Science Major with emphasis in Health and Exercise Science

Major = Health Sciences

Minor = your choice

Option 4: Health Science Major with emphasis in Exercise Science certifying to teach and coach

Major = Health Sciences /Sec Ed Licen

Minor = Secondary Education
