The Graduate Student Research Forum is an event where students present their research papers possibly in a power-point format before a panel of judges in competition with their peers. It has the feel of a Conference and it is meant to provide the students with such an experience. The event will be held at the Donaghey Student Center on April 20th, 2007.
Presentations for each student will last no more than fifteen minutes and there is a five minute session for questions. Students can compete in these categories:
- Humanities
- Social Sciences
- Education Administration
- Sciences
Students can compete in more than one category if they have more than one paper to present.
GSA provides a forum for advocacy, grievance, and interests unique to Graduate Students. By recognizing the priority among graduate students for career development, GSA promotes linkage of academic endeavors with the community.
