UALR uses electronic communication to conduct its business whenever possible. You can visit the UALR Graduate School website to view the UALR Graduate Catalog and link to other campus services. The university website, ualr.edu, provides information for students and is a way to access BOSS; the utility that you will use to view the schedule of classes, enroll in classes, and pay bills. You may also go directly to boss.ualr.edu. Should you need additional assistance, you may call the Graduate School office at 501.569.3206 to speak with an admissions coordinator, or visit us on the 5th floor of the Ottenheimer Library. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F.
UALR creates an email account for you, within 24 hours of enrolling into classes. Students are responsible for reading e-mail messages regularly. It is important that you access your email account often, even if you have another commercial provider. You will receive official notices, including your bills, at that electronic address. Types of communication include financial aid information, inclement weather closings, e-bills, payment deadlines, registration information and library notices. The UALR E-Mail System can be accessed at mail.ualr.edu.
