I highly recommend: "The Patriot", "The Mask of Zorro" (Great!!) "All the Joys of the Morning", "Il Postino", "Cinema Paradisio" and "Crocidle Dundee in Los Angeles" (too funny)...
Feng Shui, (pronounced fung-shway) from the chinese words FENG (wind) and SHUI (water).
Several years ago, one of only two
steam engines of
this size still operating in the world arrived at the Little Rock Train
Station. The pictures do not exagerate the immensity of this engine. It is
HUGE! Needless to say, everyone was truly impressed, especially Andy. He
impatiently awaited its arrival for weeks and had the opportunity presented
itself, he been gone in a New York minute for parts unknown! Of course, he'd
be wavin'...
Trains-the way to travel...leave the driving to
AMTRAK, sit back and enjoy the scenery!
I'd also recommend the
Eureka Springs Railway.
We enjoyed the short trip and excellent food when we went...
Computers and slick applications...
Macintosh's "After Effects" and "Premier", SGI's "Composer"... Check out
the new Macs and the iBooks!
"Little Rock's Backyard",
Pinnacle Mountain, one of two state parks dedicated to education.
I will point out that Pinnacle Mountain also has an accessible trail in
the Arkansas Arboretum. By 'accessible' I mean it is a paved path, along
which are 'stations' with audio narratives of the surroundings. I highly
recommend this trail and the Kingfisher Trail, which is also accessible. The
Kingfisher Trail is southeast of the Arboretum and runs alongside a stretch
of the Little Maumelle River and is southeast of the Base Trail, East and
West Summit Trails.
