8 December 2008 is the last day to withdraw for the sememster. It is also the last day of classes for the Fall 2008 sememster.

1 Novermber 2008 is the last day to apply for a scholarship for the Spring 2009 sememster

Your financial aid file must be complete by November 1, 2008 or financial aid will not be available for the fall semester.

Submitting your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) results to UALR by November 1, 2008 will enable you to be considered for maximum Campus-Based Financial Aid such as Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) and Federal Work Study (FWS).

For Non Entering Freshmen - 4 p.m. on 20 August 2008 is the deadline to apply for admission for the Fall 2008 semester

For all Entering Freshman (First time Freshmen and Freshmen Transfers). The deadline to apply for admission is 13 August by 5 p.m.

The following items must also be submitted by the same deadline:

• a final or 7th semester High School transcript / GED scores
• official ACT/SAT scores

Noon on July 7, 2008 is the deadline to apply for admission for Summer 4 2008.

The following items must be complete by July 1, 2008 in order to allow time for your financial aid award eligibility to be determined prior to the start of spring classes: 1) Your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) results must be received at UALR; and 2) All required documents must be received by UALR; and 3) You must be fully admitted. If you do not meet this deadline, you may not learn about your financial aid eligibility until after October 1.
