President Ford has sent out the agenda for the May 7 meeting of the Faculty Senate, and copies of it and two attachments are posted here as well:

The meeting will be in the Stephens Center at 1:00.

The next meeting of the Faculty Senate will be at 1:00, Friday, September 23, 2011, in the Donaghey Student Center, Ledbetter B & C.

If you have items you’d like to get on the agenda, please contact the Executive Committee as early as you can, and remember that the Constitution requires Senate agendas be published a week in advance of the meeting. The Executive Committee meets every Wednesday at 12:15pm, so items for the September 23 agenda need to be submitted a week prior.

The University Assembly meets Tuesday, August 16, at 2:00 p.m., in the Dickinson Hall Auditorium. The draft minutes of the April 28, 2011 meeting are available under the “Assembly Minutes” link in the navigation pane at left.

The Senate will meet in the Donaghey Student Center on December 5 at 1:00 p.m. in Rooms B & C. President Ford has distributed to agenda, and a copy is available here.
