I just registered and I cannot log into WebCT.

WebCT Accounts are created and or updated twice daily during the week before classes begin and the first week of class. If you just registered wait 12 hours and check back. Your account should be available. Drops and Adds are on the same schedule. They may take 12 hours to appear on your MyWebCT page.

I use AOL for my Internet connection (ISP). I cannot log into check mail or to WebCT. What’s wrong?

AOL's browser does not correctly send passwords to our server. You can log into mail at https://mail.ualr.edu. For WebCT you will need a non-customized browser. Non-customized browsers are available from Microsoft or from Netscape.
