Check your Browser and Hardware
WebCT Accounts are created and or updated twice daily during the week before classes begin and the first week of class. If you just registered wait 12 hours and check back. Your account should be available. Drops and Adds are on the same schedule. They may take 12 hours to appear on your MyWebCT page.

There will be a section within the course shell that will ask you to enter the code, or you will be directed to do so upon login. Each professor does it differently-follow the professors instructions first and foremost.
Most codes can be purchased from the bookstore with your books or from WebCt directly — check with the bookstore or your professor.
There is a potential that you have Adware/SpyWare on your machine and it is redirecting you to a blank or search page. Please contact tech support. Or see Internet Optimizers for more information.
Pop-up blockers have varying methods for turning off the blocker and allowing pop ups. Check the Help file for your software, or contact the vendor.
A pop-up blocker is software that prevents windows from being opened by a page or site you visit on the Internet. Many Web sites provide additional information (in addition to what is on the primary age) by having windows open on your computer when you surf the Internet. By installing a pop-up blocker you can stop these (usually) unwanted windows from opening.
You have a pop-up blocker turned on or java is not activated in your browser.
