To check your UALR email, go to http://mail.ualr.edu and enter your user name and password.
To determine your user name log into BOSS and go to the Personal Information section. Click the link that says “View Usernames or Change Passwords on All UALR Computing Systems.” The Username is the mail domain username and you can reset your password by clicking the checkbox then type the new password in the “New Password” field and then confirm the password in the “Confirm Password” field. Then press the “Change Passwords on Selected Systems” button. The change takes about 30 seconds to a minute to complete. You should then be able to log into your e-mail.
Remember when changing your password here, you may only use the characters 0 through 9 and a through z. If you use an upper case letter it will be converted to lower case.
