Application
The Donaghey Scholars Program application form is available via download (below) from this site in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). The form may also be picked up at the Donaghey Scholars Program office, located on the UALR campus in Dickinson Hall 321, or you may call us at 501-569-3389 to request that an application be mailed to you.
All the following items are required for a complete application packet:
- Donaghey Scholars Program application
- official test scores (SAT and/or ACT)
- official transcripts (high school and, if applicable, college)
- two essays (800-100 words, topics noted on the application)
- two letters of recommendation
The completed application form and all other materials should be submitted to the Donaghey Scholars Program office by February 1st to receive priority attention, but applications are accepted through March 1st.
