The student or, in the case of a minor, the parent or legal guardian must assume responsibility for all personal property while the student is on the premises. UALR and the UALR Community School of the Arts cannot assume responsibility for personal property loss, damage, or personal injury. Parents of students must be attentive to picking up their children on time as faculty and staff will provide no supervision beyond the time limits of the scheduled program. Cancellations made to the CSA office at least one week prior to the camp will forfeit $50 of the tuition paid. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds of any kind. Registration in this program is to agree to the terms described within.
