Steps to Hiring a Co-op Student
- Prepare a detailed job description. Specific duties and pay range are required.
- Submit the job description to Katie Swearingen, Job Development Specialist/Coordinator. Fax 569-3588, email skswearingen@ualr.edu.
- If the position is approved, we will send you resumes of qualified students.
- Contact the students directly using the phone number listed on their resume. On-campus interviewing facilities are available.
- When you hire a UALR Co-op student, please inform us within 48 hours.
- Finally, you and your Co-op student will begin to reap the rewards of Cooperative Education.
