Vocabulary

Tag

A tag is an HTML term for the markup characters in the document.

Element

Commonly referred to as a tag, actually only a part of a tag. Element names should be in lower case.

Attribute

A property of the element, such as size, height, or color. Attributes should be in lower case.

Value

Tthe "quality" of the attribute.
