Note: All full time UALR Faculty, Staff and Students are given an account on the facstaff or students domain automatically. If you are full time faculty or staff, or a student you do not need to fill out this form for an e-mail account or for access to the university computing network. If you need access to another node (i.e. Apollo) you should complete this form.
