COB BUSINESS NETWORKING & RECRUITING SPEED MIXER
April 28, 2011 saw close to 40 employers interviewing and networking with 50+ business students during this once-a-semester recruiting event. Students rotated from employer to employer giving their elevator pitch or “one-minute commercial” in a timed speed interview. More than 30 of the organizations present were recruiting for either internships, part-time, or full-time positions. After the speed interviewing interviewing process, participants were able to enjoy heavy hors d’oeurves during an informal networking session and students were able to learn more about the companies that had open positions. Our next Speed Mixer will take place late in the Fall 2011 semester. Look for more information about future events on this website.
