The Phillips County Community College in collaboration with the Clinton School for Public Service will host a public forum on the unification of Helena and West Helena. An invitation is extended to all citizens of the two communities as well as public officials and members of the transition team currently considering the challenges that the new community will face to attend this forum. The forum presents an opportunity for citizens to speak to their visions for a unified city and to put forward suggestions aimed at creating an improved future for their community.
