IDEA Data and Research

IDEA Logo IDEA Data and Research is a partnership of the UALR College of Education and the Arkansas Department of Education’s Special Education Unit.  The partnership began in April 2005 with a three-year grant award. 

The grant was extended an additional three-years in the Spring of 2008.  The IDEA Data & Research Office was established to meet the growing data reporting requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA) and to undertake IDEA related research.  For more information about the office, see its website at http://arksped.k12.ar.us/sections/dataandresearch.html.
