About The College of Arts, Humanities, and Socials Sciences

The CAHSS faculty comprises 110 full-time faculty and 150 part-time instructors. They come from all over the United States as well as foreign countries. Most faculty hold terminal degrees in their disciplines from prestigious institutions.

College courses are delivered through a host of venues: on the main campus, at the Benton Center and other off-campus sites, and online. The Bachelor of Arts of Liberal Arts can be completed wholly online.

The College serves the community through its many arts, cultural, and educational events for adults and children; lectures on literary, international, and historical issues; conferences that attract regional and national leaders; workshops for K-12 teachers; and service to non-profit entities.
