Fall Registration Dates

Early Registration Ends Aug. 7, at 4 p. m.

• Cancellation of classes for non-payment or non-deposit of tuition/fees Aug 7, after 5 p. m.

Regular Registration Begins Aug. 10

Regular Registration Ends (last day of registration for entering freshmen) Aug. 19, at 4 p. m.

Late Registration Begins for non-entering freshmen (late fees apply) Aug. 20

Late Registration Ends Aug. 26, at 4 p. m.

All tuition/fees due (late fees apply) Aug. 26, at 5 p. m.

No registration or schedule adjustment after August 26.

All undergraduate students (except temporary, transient, provisional, and post-baccalaureate) must be advised.

Spring classes begin January 12.

The last day to register, add, or drop classes is January 16 at 4 p.m.

Non-Freshman Admission:

January 9, 2009 by 4 p.m. is the deadline to apply for non-freshman admission for the Spring 2009 semester.

Freshman Admission Application Deadline

January 5, 2009 by 5 p.m. is the deadline for new entering Freshman and Freshman transfer student admission for the Spring 2009 semester.

The following documentation is also required by the same deadline:
* A final or 7th semester High School transcript / GED scores
* Official ACT / SAT scores

Advising

Students who have not declared a major and who will attend the Benton campus or take an online course may apply for admission at UALR Benton.

Advising appointments are available by appointment through Friday, December 19, 2008.
Walk-ins, first come, first serve are Monday, January 5, 2009.
