U.S.-Ukraine Foundation Partnership
This is a city-government-to-city-government professional partnership between Little Rock, Arkansas and Kalush, Ukraine. The Arkansas International Center administers this government partnership between Kalush, Ukraine and Little Rock, Arkansas, with the assistance of many volunteers in the professional community. The partner members are currently working on the water heating problem in the City of Kalush, one of a variety of city planning projects being addressed by the partnership. This program is funded by the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation.
