For all Entering Freshman (First time Freshmen and Freshmen Transfers). The deadline to apply for admission is June 1, 2009 by 5 p.m.

The following items must also be submitted by the same deadline:

• a final or 7th semester High School transcript / GED scores
• official ACT/SAT scores
• Official transcripts for m each institution attended - if you have taken ANY college coursework
• Immunization Record (showing proof of 2 MMR vaccines taken 30 days apart)

For Non Entering Freshmen - 4 p.m. on June 8, 2009 is the deadline to apply for admission for the Summer 3 2009 semester

Your financial aid file must be complete by this date or financial aid will not be available for the summer semester
