A second-generation public relations professional, Stacy thrives on the business of strategic communications that promote, publicize, develop collaborative efforts, build goodwill and respond to crisis.
Public and private sector clients hire Stacy for her ability to persuade public opinion and influence the media. She has worked for clients such as Waste Management of North America, Entergy, 3M, Alltel, Beverly Healthcare, UAMS, Southern Education Foundation and many more. Her specialty practices include strategic communications planning, corporate philanthropy, media relations, crisis communications and issues management. Stacy is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the prestigious PRSA Counselor’s Academy.
This past year Stacy also managed her own personal crisis with breast cancer. A part of her recovery regime included a blog that shares her cancer journey with a wide audience of readers. It was named by BlogHer.com as one of the 10 cancer blogs in the U.S. After four months of chemotherapy and two major surgeries, Stacy is now cancer-free.
