University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Admission requirements for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) program of study in chemistry follow. The student must have:

 1.  a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better,
 2.  received a C or better grade in Mathematics 0301 Intermediate Algebra or in an equivalent or more advanced course,
 3.  adequate proficiency in written and oral English as evidenced by a C or better grade in Rhetoric 1311 and Speech 1300 or in equivalent or more advanced courses,
 4.  a B or better grade in Chemistry 1400 and 1401 or in equivalent courses, or a C or better grade in Chemistry 1402 and 1403 or in equivalent or more advanced courses.
